6.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of the Goods shall take place at the address specified by the Buyer on, or as close as possible to the date required by the Buyer. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

6.2 If the Seller is unable to deliver the Goods because of actions or circumstances under the control of the Buyer, then the Seller shall be entitled to place the Goods in storage  until such times as delivery may be affected and the Buyer shall be liable for any expense associated with such storage.
6.3 Any damages, shortages, over deliveries and duplicated orders should be reported to the Seller within 14 days of signed receipt to enable replacement or refund.
6.4 Carriage to UK mainland addresses for orders in excess of £150.00 (ex VAT) is free of charge. Orders with a net value under £150.00 (ex VAT) will incur a minimum delivery charge of £6.50 (ex VAT), which may increase for bulky or heavy items. Non UK mainland addresses (i.e. Shetland Islands, Channel Islands) carriage for orders in excess of £250.00 (ex VAT) is free of charge. Orders with a net value under £250.00 (ex VAT) will incur the delivery charge and will be subject to the destination and box/pallet quantities. Carriage to the Republic of Ireland addresses for orders in excess of £450.00 (ex VAT) is free of charge; orders with net value under £450.00 (ex VAT) will incur the delivery charges and will be subject to box/pallet quantities.
6.5 UK mainland delivery will normally be between 3 to 7 working days. However, this can be extended up to 10 working days during peak seasons.
6.5.1 For small UK mainland orders place before 12:30 pm, our carrier offers a next day delivery service. This service is available subject to busy trading periods. The order needs to consist 10 items or less to qualify as a small order, and is at the discretion of the Seller. The charges for this service are:
6.5.1a Next Day - £18.00 (including VAT)
6.5.1b Next Day before 10:30 am - £40.00 (including VAT)
6.5.1c Next Day before 12 noon - £24.00 (including VAT)
6.6 International delivery charges and times are subject to destination and box/pallet quantities. Lead time is between 7-14 working days depending on location. However, this may  be extended during peak seasons.


9.1 All goods are sold on a firm sale basis, i.e. the Seller will not take back any goods not required or sold by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed, in which case the following terms apply.

9.1.1 Any returns must be authorised by a representative of the Seller before any credit will be given.

9.1.2 Returns reference number must be obtained from Customer Service Department of the Seller before returning the goods and must be quoted on all documents. Returns will be refused without a valid reference number.

9.1.3 Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving a returns reference number.

9.1.4 Where the Seller agrees to accept the return of goods that are not damaged the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of carriage and will ensure that they are carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit. The Seller will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged in any way. The Seller will only accept returns that appear in the Sellers current Publication List.

9.1.5 Credit of amounts due or paid in will only be given for goods that are in saleable condition.

9.2 Returns of edible goods are not accepted for food safe and hygiene reasons. However, each case will be judged on its own merit especially in the case of manufacturing/product issues. If the return is related to Goods damaged in transit, proof will need to be obtained; e.g. agent verification or photographic evidence.

9.3 Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances for special ordered items.

9.4 Claims for non-delivery of complete orders will not be allowed unless Customer Service Department of the Seller has been notified within 21 days from the day the order was placed for UK Buyers and 35 days for International Buyers.

9.5 Customer error: If the buyer makes an error in placing an order which causes incorrect or duplicate shipments, KPME Ltd will allow return of the excess merchandise. The seller reserves the right to deduct 25% handling charge and this will be deducted from the buyer's credit note. The buyer shall pay for all postage charges. No collect shipments will be accepted.
