  • Complete any celebration cake with this detailed bubble boarder cutter.
  • Simply pop the cutter in your JEM roller pad, grease the cutter with JEM petal base, pop your paste over the top and roll your rolling pin over the back of the cutter to achieve neat, clean cut outs.
  • The cut outs make a great boarder around the sides or bottoms of cakes and match up to create a continuous effect.
  • Measurements: 119 x 63 mm (4 ¾ x 2 ½ in).
