  • Set of 4 fantasy cupcake tops that are perfect for creating effective fantasy flowers.
  • Simply pop the cutters in your JEM roller pad, grease the cutters with JEM petal base, pop your paste over the top and roll your rolling pin over the back of the cutter to achieve neat, clean cut outs.
  • Cutters measure 40mm (1 1/2 inches).
Product Description

These fancy cupcake tops are a great way to easily make beautiful toppers for cupcakes. Use some frosting to swirl a design on and then use your cut out design. Why not place them at an angle for a full show, or even push into the top for a different look.
